Shipping and Delivery

Orders are delivered within 2 to 3 business days from shipping confirmation.

You will receive a tracking number that allows you to easily follow your order status through the website. You may also receive a confirmation message via SMS or WhatsApp containing shipping details.

Returns and Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days from the purchase date, provided that the product is in its original condition and has not been used.

For online orders:
A representative will be sent to pick up the shipment. After it is received and inspected by the shipping company to ensure its integrity, you will be contacted to complete the return or exchange procedures as soon as possible.

Refunds

The order value (after deducting shipping costs) will be refunded within a maximum of 5 to 7 business days.
